Description:

house, trust among a team of Miami cops begins to fray. As outside forces learn

FBI Agent: So, there's been some developments. We have
a few more questions.

Dane Dumars: Last time we spoke, you described the job
as follows. Your unit works the dope game, drugs, guns.

Dane Dumars: Knock, knock. Miami PD. How you doing
this evening?

Sasha: Five cops just magically appeared at my
doorstep. I've been better.

Dane Dumars: You mind if we come inside?

JD Byrnes: But the majority of your work consisted of
cash seizures.

Sasha: I don't have any drugs.

JD Byrnes: Dog's not trained to detect drugs. The
dog's trained to detect money.

Dane Dumars: How much was the tip that came in?

JD Byrnes: Three hundred grand. That's a 20 million
dollar rip.

Dane Dumars: It'd be so much easierif we just stole
this money.

JD Byrnes: I swear to God.

Sasha: You should take whatever moneyyou want and walk
away, before this goes really badfor all of us.

Mob Boss: No one needs to die tonight. You have 30
minutes to get out of that house.

Dane Dumars: What we do right nowand who we talk to
matters.

JD Byrnes: The longer we stick around here, the dicier
this shit's gonna be.

JD Byrnes: Tell me what's fucking going on.

Dane Dumars: You think I wanna jack this rip?

JD Byrnes: I don't trust you right now,and that's a
fucking problem.

Dane Dumars: Any ideas who might want this money?

Scott: Twenty million dollars. Where do you want to
start?

Sasha: A-W-T-G-G. What does it mean?

Dane Dumars: Are we the good guys?

Questions:

1. Based on the conversation, what clues suggest
whether the characters are considered the "good guys" or "bad
guys" in this situation?

2. Why does the dialogue emphasize that the dog's
trained to detect money rather than drugs, and what does this imply about the
nature of the operation?

3. Considering the tense situation, what are the
potential dangers of the characters choosing to steal or hide the money instead
of cooperating with law enforcement?
