Transcription:

Narrator: Everyone knows
bears love honey.

Mr.
Bear:
"Oh no! No honey," he says after checking his empty cupboard. He
heads into the forest and finds a beehive. "Mmm, honey!" he says,
sticking his paw inside.

Bee: A bee flies out
and warns him, "Hey, Bear! Go away. This is not your honey."

Mr.
Bear:
Annoyed, he argues, "I am bigger than you, and I am stronger than you too.
I can do what I want. Now buzz off!" He reaches into the hive again.

Narrator: The bee stings him
right on the nose.

Mr.
Bear:
"My nose! My nose! Oh, I am so angry!" he growls. He grabs a big
stick and swings at the bee, but misses. "I will squash you! Come
here!"

Narrator: The bee flies back
inside the hive.

Mr.
Bear:
"Oh no, you're trapped!" he shouts, smashing the beehive to pieces
with his stick.

Narrator: A loud buzzing
noise fills the air as thousands of bees emerge from the ruined hive. They
chase Mr. Bear through the forest, stinging his ears, elbows, arms, legs,
hands, and nose. Mr. Bear sprints home and slams the door shut.

Mrs.
Bear:
Hearing the commotion, she says, "Bear! You did it again, didn't you? You
lost your temper."

Mr.
Bear:
"Yes," he cries, counting all of his painful bee stings.

Mrs.
Bear:
"Here's the bee sting medicine," she offers. "Also, we have
honey in the cupboard. It's behind the flour."

Narrator: The moral of the
story is that a hot temper always gets you into trouble.

해설자: 곰이 꿀을 아주 좋아한다는 건 누구나 아는 사실이에요.

곰 아저씨: "이런! 꿀이 하나도 없잖아." 빈 찬장을 확인한 곰 아저씨가 말했어요. 곰 아저씨는 숲으로 들어가 벌집 하나를 발견했습니다. "음, 꿀이다!" 곰 아저씨는 벌집 안으로 발을 쑥 집어넣었어요.

벌: 벌 한 마리가 날아 나와 곰 아저씨에게 경고했어요. "얘, 곰 아저씨! 저리 가요. 이건 아저씨 꿀이 아니라고요."

곰 아저씨: 짜증이 난 곰 아저씨가 다퉜어요. "난 너보다 몸집도 크고 힘도 더 세. 난 내가 하고 싶은 대로 할 수 있어. 그러니까 저리 꺼져!" 곰 아저씨는 다시 벌집 속으로 손을 뻗었어요.

해설자: 벌이 곰 아저씨의 코를 콕 쏘았어요.

곰 아저씨: "아이고, 내 코! 내 코! 아, 정말 화가 난다!" 곰 아저씨가 으르렁거렸어요. 곰 아저씨는 커다란 나뭇가지를 집어 들고 벌을 향해 휘둘렀지만 비껴갔어요. "널 납작하게 만들어 주마! 거기 서라!"

해설자: 벌은 벌집 안으로 다시 날아 들어갔어요.

곰 아저씨: "이런, 넌 이제 갇혔다!" 곰 아저씨가 소리치며 나뭇가지로 벌집을 산산조각 냈어요.

해설자: 부서진 벌집에서 수천 마리의 벌떼가 나오자 요란한 웅웅 소리가 공중에 가득 찼어요. 벌들은 숲속을 지나며 곰 아저씨를 쫓아갔고, 곰 아저씨의 귀, 팔꿈치, 팔, 다리, 손, 그리고 코까지 콕콕 쏘아댔어요. 곰 아저씨는 집으로 전속력으로 달려가 문을 쾅 닫았습니다.

곰 아줌마: 소란을 들은 곰 아줌마가 말했어요. "여보! 또 그랬죠, 그렇죠? 또 성질을 못 참았군요."

곰 아저씨: "그래," 곰 아저씨는 아픈 벌 침 자국을 하나하나 세며 울먹였어요.

곰 아저씨: "여기 벌 침 약 있어요." 곰 아줌마가 약을 건넸어요. "그리고 찬장에 꿀 있었어요. 밀가루 자루 뒤에요."

해설자: 이 이야기의 교훈은 급한 성미는 언제나 화를 부른다는 것입니다.
